New games discovery with stylish widgets
GamingBuddy shows upcoming videogames that can be filtered by platforms and also features curated list of the "big names" that are coming out soon.
The app offers a variety of widgets, from simple countdowns to large calendar view.

OpenCritic Integration
GamingBuddy integrates review aggregator OpenCritic to show ratings summary on the game details and to list all available reviews.
OpenCritic also powers Reviews tab which shows recent reviews from large websites, for example IGN, GameSpot and others.
Notifications
Users can enable notifications for favorited games to be notified when the game is released.
Widgets
Countdown widget
Favorited games can be displayed in a countdown widgets - perfect to eagerly anticipate new game. These widgets are freely available. Small and medium sizes.
Up Next
Displays upcoming favorited games. The soonest release is prominently displayed with cover image and countdown. The rest of games are simpler with name and date of release.
Calendar
Displays "calendar view" for the current month and shows favorited games on a day of release. This widget also indicates current day.
Featured Up Next
Up Next widget variants that shows "Featured" games instead of user's Favorites. Requires subscription.

Casual gamers who want to discover new games to play. Anyone who likes to get excited about new game releases.

Most of the app is free, however there are limits that require Unlimited upgrade.

Inspiration behind the app
The countdown widgets and upcoming games first made debut in my Nintendo Switch companion app SwitchBuddy and since these games were for Switch only I have been getting a lot of requests for an app that would support all platforms.
