The simple document scanner is ready for the latest operating systems with update 3.2.0.

Control Center integration

Users on the latest systems can add "New scan" shortcut to their Control Center for even faster scanning of documents. This control can also be added directly to Lock Screen for people who scan documents frequently.

Tinted widgets

All supported Home Screen widgets are now ready for tinted mode. This encompasses the "New scan" and "Shortcuts" widgets.

Dark and Tinted app icons

The app icon now has a special dark variant and also supports tinting, so it should look great no matter the Home Screen setup.

About the app

"Scan it" is a simple document scanner with just one in-app purchase instead of a subscription. Its scanning feature has auto-scan mode and can tweak the edges after scanning.

Scanned documents can be exported as PDFs and are also backed up to iCloud Drive automatically. This means they can be accessed on any device that can access iCloud Drive. The app also has OCR, allowing users to copy text content, and recognized text is also used in the search.
