Söka to launch major 2.0 update to coincide with iOS 18

The latest update for Söka will be launched to coincide with the release of iOS 18 on Monday, September 16th. Version 2.0 introduces iOS 18 support, a complete redesign, "Our Recommendations", App Intents, Control Widgets, and more

New Design

Söka has a new look, bring a much more native feel while also improving ease-of-use. Users on iPadOS 18 can also experience the all-new adaptive tab & sidebar.

Our Recommendations

"Our Recommendations" makes it easy for users to browse a selection of hand-crafted bucket lists and either save them as an entirely new list, or cherry-pick individual goals to their existing lists.

New recommendations will be constantly added to coincide with real-world events, such as the Olympics.

App Intents

Söka's core functionality can now be accessed through Shortcuts and Siri via App Intents, positioning the app in a good place in preparation for Apple Intelligence. Bucket lists and goals can not be created, updated and displayed without even needing to open the app.

Control Widgets

Users can add Söka's new Control Widgets (iOS 18+) to their device's Lock Screen and Control Center, giving them the option to open their favourite bucket list or quickly open their scratch map at the tap of a button.
