Pile gets Widgets and Smart Article Reminder

Pile version 1.4.4 adds new features aimed at avid article readers, widgets and languages.

A big percentage of Pile users use the app to save a big quantity of articles and links to read them later. This update is mainly aimed at them.

New Widgets

• For the Creative users: Show a random image from your Pile in your Home Screen, that refreshes automatically, similar to the Photos app Widget.
• For the avid Article Readers: Users can view what articles they previously saved in their Pile but never read in their Home Screen. Users can tap to start reading, even when offline (on the subway or in a plane).

New Features

• Smart Article Reminder will allow users the option to setup a reminder by selecting days and time and receive periodically a push notification stating the articles they haven't read.
• Activity now shows the list of articles users haven't read. They are also able to mark them all as read if they wish.
