1.0 Information We Collect

In order to improve Looki, we track anonymous data about the Lookis you scan. We track metadata about your scan, such as the confidence level while scanning, and the number of attempts. We do NOT track the photos you take and are not interested in any of your information. No files or photos leave your device, and we don't store any information except performance metadata.

We send anonymous counter increments to www.countapi.xyz for analytics purposes. The only event sent to this domain is a +1 count when you tap certain elements in the app.

1.1 Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and by showing a message in the app. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.

1.2 Third party software

Looki has Datadog integration, for analytical purposes. All data send to Datadog is anonymous and does not include any references to you or your device. For more information about how Datadog stores this data, please check their privacy policy.
