## Medical ID Records Sample Data
The [https://impresskit.net/67b512b2-5914-49bd-8f22-0c2b99111910/files](Files) section of the Press Kit contains some sample data. This is a backup made within the app and can be restored to populate the app with test data.

**If you are an existing user of the app**, please make a backup of your own data for safekeeping _before_ restoring from the sample data. 

To install the sample data follow these steps:
- Download the sample data file. It should be named something like `Medical-ID-Records_Medical-IDs-backup-containing-sample-data_xxxx.medicalidbackup`.
- Copy the file to your iCloud Drive to make it easier to access from your iPhone or iPad.
- Open the Medical ID Records on your device, tap the Settings button, and choose 'Back Up / Restore'.
- Tap the 'Restore from Backup' row, browse to the location where you saved the sample data backup, and select it.
- Follow the prompts to restore from the backup. This will replace any existing information with the sample data.
- Dismiss the Settings screen.
